Frequently Asked Questions

Using the Online Shopping Cart:

1. Simply choose the course(s) that you would like to enroll in using either the 'ENROLL NOW' or 'ADD TO BASKET' buttons. These buttons link you to the online 'shopping cart'. You may choose as many courses as you would like to take. At any time you may view the courses that you have selected by clicking on 'shopping basket', located either on the left navigation bar, top menu bar, or bottom menu bar. You are also able to remove items or select additional quantities of items you have selected when viewing your shopping cart.
2. Once you have chosen all the courses that you would like to enroll in, then proceed to the 'check out' portion of our online ordering system. This will take the order information, such as Name, Address, Method of Payment (VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card).
3. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. Following the confirmation email, you will receive a second email that includes your personal username and password. These are necessary for you to access the course(s) that you have purchased. A link (URL) that points directly to the course will also be included in the email.

Accessing and Using the Online Course:

1. Once you have received the email including your username and password you will be able to login to the user interface from the 'Login' link located on the BiotchLearning.com website to access your course(s). You will have 24 hour access to the course(s) for 90 days. You can review each section as many times as you would like, and take the progress reports as many times as you would like, However, you must complete the Final Assessment Test before your 90 days has expired.
2. Once you are comfortable with understanding the material in the course you will have an opportunity to take the test. You can take the test without reviewing any of the course content. You may take the test as many times as you need to pass the test within the 90 day period. If you fail to pass the test during your 90 day period, you will not be able to re-take the test without purchasing the course again. Furthermore, if you take the test, whether or not if you pass or fail, you are still capable of accessing the course content until your 90 day access period is over.
3. If you pass the test you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Furthermore, if you are buying a curriculum package, leading to a Certificate of Professional Designation, you will have to pass each course test provided in the curriculum package to be awarded the Certificate of Professional Designation. If you fail one course, you will have to re-purchase the course, and pass the test before receiving your Certificate of Professional Designation.

Problems with Accessing the Course:

• If you have a problem accessing the online course you may email or telephone our support team at (415) 856-0097 or Toll free-USA: (866) 4-GENEED. Most problems we have seen are due to the security level set on your browser. In Internet Explorer, you can alter this level by going to Menu Bar, Tools, Internet Options, then hit the Security Tab. We recommend that you do not set your browser to a level higher than Medium.
